One of Jeff Lane's favorite rappers, Shawnna was one of the first legit female rappers on the music scene.  Male or female, not many people could touch her versatility on the mic (Pre Autotune days).   She can approach songs from so many angles fast, slow, hard, sexy, and sing.  It was her love for the city of Chicago that connected a recurring theme to Jeff's later work with Chance the Rapper praising the City that he loves.
